Given the aforesaid good track record of Sadmon’s Members and its
skilled employees Sadmon has capacity to deliver on big projects such as the
current Khomanani project.
OFFICE AND STAFF
Sadmon’s offices are currently situated in Braamfontein, but the
Members are considering opening office branches in other regions
and/or provinces in South Africa.
As we are the management structure of the Khomanani Programme (Khomanani), we
also play a pivotal role in the overall management of Khomanani Events. Although
we outsource some part of the events management to highly specialized service
providers, we play a consulting role with client and take a lead in the initial
planning preparations of the Khomanani Events. We oversee the approval processes
with client and authorize the final execution of the event by appointed
suppliers.
Our corporation always deploys some
of our staff members to take a “hands on”
implementation experience of the event with appointed suppliers. Khomanani has 5
annual standing events being public health events focusing on, STI; TB;
Candlelight Memorial; Partnership Against AIDS (PAA); and World AIDS Day (WAD).
The other ad hoc Khomanani Events that we also manage and/or organize
Khomanani’s participation are; the Traditional Leaders Summit, Pre-PAA; the
Youth Indaba; the South African AIDS Conference and the World AIDS Conference.
