SADMON SERVICES OFFERINGS

Development Communication

Sadmon provides technical assistance in development and implementation of a comprehensive multi-media and communication strategy for any developmental issues among others health, social, educational and sports. This is delivered with a strong focus on social mobilization

Training and Development

Sadmon Project provides Health and Welfare Sector of Education and Training Authority (HWSETA) accredited training and development at level 4 of the National Qualification Framework (NQF). This is made possible by staff compliment with relevant skills and experience in training, moderating and assessing.

The training package provides the following;

• Building background knowledge of skills-based health education and behaviour change interventions

• Building basic knowledge of the programme’s content

• Skills building is an essential part of peer education

Research, Monitoring and Evaluation

Given increase in focus on research, monitoring & evaluation in the public health and many other developmental programmes, Sadmon has a research and M&E division that ensures that the Khomanani project management and other projects are coupled with solid monitoring and evaluation for the purposes of assessing efficiency and impact.
