Sadmon’s offices are currently situated in Braamfontein, but the Members are considering opening office branches in other regions and/or provinces in South Africa.

Young as it is, Sadmon has already offered project consultancy to big organizations such as John Snow Incorporated (JSI) (Injection Safety 2005/2006) and National Department of Education (AIDS School Week 2005) Developing media Information Educational Communication (IEC) material for Educators and Learners. The outcome of the aforesaid projects was a good success. Sadmon is currently servicing the National Department of Health for the Khomanani Programme
